Prospects is a Christian voluntary organisation, employing over 600 people, that values and supports people with learning disabilities. Our vision is to enable them to live their lives to the full. We partner with Christian families and organisations; therefore, we seek people with commitment to our Christian beliefs, value base and standards. You will have a real desire to play a key role in supporting people to maximise their individual personal choices.

You will be to help people to develop and maintain a high quality of life, opportunities and experience. We require positive people who get on well with others and can work as part of a team, to support and empower people with learning disabilities to live the life they have chosen for themselves.

You will need a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or be working towards this level; in addition, you will have excellent written and spoken communication. This role requires a candidate who is willing to learn, be flexible and works well under pressure.

This roles have a Genuine Occupational Requirement (Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulation 2003, Section 7). Therefore you will be able to demonstrate a clear Christian commitment.
