from £17,688 pa

Prospects is seeking someone to manage a small residential unit. Can you develop an exciting service and meet the needs of people with learning disabilities whom we support whilst fulfilling the criteria of the legal framework of requirements?

Using your management skills, you will help develop and deliver a high quality residential service for people with learning disabilities. You will have experience of managing and supporting a small staff team working in an independent setting. You will also have an NVQ Level 4 in Care Management or be willing to work towards it.
