Hello, my name is Dionne Shand and I specialise in vocal coaching for worship leaders, singers, speakers, lecturers and church teams who rely on their voices to inspire, lead, and communicate effectively.
As a vocal coach and worship leader with over 20 years of experience, I combine professional vocal training with real-life ministry experience to help others develop healthy, resilient voices. Through one-to-one vocal coaching, online singing lessons, worship leader training, choir development, and vocal health workshops, I equip individuals and teams with practical skills that strengthen both their voice and their confidence.
