CRE Enters a New Chapter as Church Resources Exhibition

LONDON, 19 January, 2026 - After more than four decades of serving the UK church community, the Christian Resources Exhibition (CRE) is evolving into the Church Resources Exhibition — marking a natural progression in its mission to support and equip churches across an increasingly diverse and dynamic landscape.

Building on the strong foundations, loyal audience and trusted reputation of CRE, the newly rebranded Church Resources Exhibition (CRE) reflects a renewed commitment to serving the whole breadth of church life. The change of name underscores a clear and inclusive focus on churches of all denominations, while remaining firmly rooted in the Christian values and relationships that have shaped CRE from the beginning.

The Church Resources Exhibition will launch in its new form on 14–15 October 2026 at Sandown Park, Esher, Surrey, providing a refreshed national meeting point for church leaders and senior decision-makers. This rebrand recognises the changing realities faced by today’s churches, broadening the exhibition’s appeal to leadership teams seeking practical solutions, inspiration and trusted partners to support worship spaces, governance, mission and community engagement. The Church Resources Exhibition aims to be a place where churches of every shape and size can find relevant ideas, expertise and encouragement.

Exhibitors at Church Resources Exhibition 2026 will benefit from access to a highly engaged, national audience actively looking for products and services across key areas including worship and music, digital and AV technology, buildings and facilities, finance and governance, training, outreach and social impact.

James Batterbee, Sales Manager of CRE, said: “This evolution marks an exciting new chapter for a much-loved exhibition. The Church Resources Exhibition builds on CRE’s rich heritage while creating a clearer, more inclusive platform for today’s church leadership community.

“What hasn’t changed is our heart: bringing churches and suppliers together in a welcoming space where practical needs meet creativity and experience. What has evolved is our focus — placing church leadership, decision‑makers and ministry teams at the centre of the event, and equipping them with the resources they need for today’s challenges.

“We are passionate about serving churches well, and the response so far has been incredibly encouraging — this is very much the beginning of what’s to come.”

With a proven legacy, a loyal following and a refreshed vision, the Church Resources Exhibition offers exhibitors a powerful opportunity to connect face-to-face with senior church decision-makers at an important moment of growth and renewal.

What’s new for 2026

New for 2026, the Church Resources Exhibition will introduce a significantly expanded programme of content designed to equip churches for today’s challenges and opportunities.

This includes a Leadership Development Conference offering practical insight for church leaders and youth pastors, a Building Resources Conference tailored to those responsible for church buildings and facilities, and a new Youth Worship and Music Zone combining speakers, live worship and creative ideas to help churches engage younger generations.

The event will also be supported by Leadership Connect, a year‑round webinar series extending the exhibition’s impact beyond the two‑day show and providing ongoing inspiration and practical support for church leadership teams.
