Andy Flannagan is the author of the critically acclaimed book Those Who Show Up, which has inspired many ordinary people to engage in politics, and he now serves as Executive Director of Christians in Politics (www.christiansinpolitics.org.uk). Andy's album Drowning in the Shallow was described as 'near-perfect' by Cross Rhythms, , but he remains disappointingly imperfect - www.andyflan.com. Passionate about seeing the Church invest as much in the 'dispersed' church as in the 'gathered,' Andy works with the Gather UK Movement (https://gathermovement.org/) to equip and release Christians to be influential across the spheres of culture. His songs We Seek Your Kingdom and Tears and Celebration have helped take worship beyond the sanctuary into civic life, finding wide use across the UK and beyond. He is also helping to coordinate the BOUNDLESS collective'songs by UK songwriters for the whole of life, not just Sundays. In 2022, Andy's worlds of worship and public life intersected notably when he led worship at the now well-known National Prayer Breakfast that preceded a change in government.
