Les Moir has played a significant role in the international contemporary worship music community. As a mentor, A&R Manager and record producer, Les has encouraged and worked with many worship leaders, musicians and songwriters, including Matt Redman, Israel Houghton, Martin Smith, Lou Fellingham, Noel Robinson, Tim Hughes, Sinach and Graham Kendrick. Les has also written 2 books; 'Missing Jewel' documenting the development and impact of worship in the UK Church over the past 50 years, and 'Hallelujah! The History of Contemporary Worship in 100 Songs', sharing the song stories and settings of some of the most significant worship songs from How Great Thou Art to The Blessing. Les currently heads up the Word & Worship Trust which has a heart to develop and amplify worship from the nations. Les is married to Judith and they are currently based in Edinburgh, Scotland. They have a son, James and a daughter, Isabel.
