Paul is the founder and design catalyst behind the south coast studio, Snug Architects. The award winning practice'seeks to achieve the difficult balance of being design led and commercially savvy.'Paul launched both the practice and a property development company in 2003, one year after qualifying. The business has grown steadily and consistently since.'Paul has an established reputation for high quality design, visionary thinking and engaging community facilitation. He is passionate about'delivering an improved built environment and has been active in design advocacy for many years, chairing both the RIBA South Planning Group and Winchester and Eastleigh Design Review Panel.'He is an experienced leader, having spoken internationally on business leadership, led two churches and for over 10 years was a course leader at Southampton University where he led on the formation of the UK's first joint Civil Engineering and Architecture M.Eng. In 2017, he founded BizMin, an international Christian organisation that is dedicated to equipping entrepreneurs to do business ethically and in accordance with their principles and values.'Perhaps his greatest strength is that he is willing to think outside the box, in part because he has never really been comfortable in the box!'
