How can churches truly equip their people to live out their faith in the real world — at work, in leadership, and across society? In this practical and honest conversation, Rev Celia Apeagyei-Collins and Andy Flannagan explore how churches can move beyond traditional models of discipleship and actively support people stepping into influence across business, education, politics and more. Drawing on years of mentoring leaders, Celia shares real-world stories — what works, what doesn’t, and what churches often get wrong. Together, they’ll unpack how leaders can rethink discipleship so it connects with everyday life, not just Sunday.
